B.C. Freight and Western Trucking AcademyWEBSITE PROPOSAL AND LOGO DESIGN
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the design of the B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy website. Working together, we believe we can create a site that is simple to navigate and has a professional yet welcoming design. Based on our discussion in person, we have identified and listed below the Needs and Solutions that we will want to address in this project.
B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy need two websites to reach out to the community and also to serve and support the B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy clients. The primary function of the websites initially is to allow B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy to highlight their offerings, previous work (Portfolio, Services, etc.) and to allow clients (and potential clients) to contact them. The site has to be appealing, yet easy to use. Additionally, both websites need custom made logos created to match the feel and message of each website.
Buzzhive Marketing will provide B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy with two fresh new web designs that is easy to navigate and provides useful information to potential and current clients. The design will also convey to potentials that B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy is a professional, reliable company. As well as two custom designed logos to match each business and website.
Content Management System
Central to the design from Buzzhive Marketing will be a robust Content Management System (CMS) that will allow B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy to make changes easily to the website, without requiring a dedicated workstation or additional software. Not only will the CMS save B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy revision costs but it will also ensure that the website stays fresh and up to date.
- Up to 5 pages (including homepage) per website
All content for these pages must be provided by B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy. The site is not limited to these pages, but are the primary starting point for the site, again based on our conversation and example sites.
Buzzhive Marketing will provide a preliminary design concept for the new website based on market research and their professional experience. That design concept will include the basic layout, color palette, font choices, etc.
The B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy team can, at that point, request design revisions within the scope of the Fee Schedule (see below).
This design will be the starting point to get B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy and Buzzhive Marketing ‘on the same page’ as far as design is concerned so that the end product is the perfect fit.
Integration of Content Management System
Once the design is approved, then Buzzhive Marketing will incorporate the Content Management System into the design.
Buzzhive Marketing will provide video tutorials, specific to the new the B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy website, showing how to use the Content Management System.
When B.C. Freight and Western Trucking Academy has finished incorporating all the content they wish to have at launch, they will ask Buzzhive Marketing to move the website from the development sub-directory to the main root level of the domain, thereby making the site go live. Congratulations!
